The Young One

He walked in together with the HR personnel. He was introduced to all of us, and we shook hand to say hello. He gave everyone of us with a sunny smile and a sincere greeting. He is a young man who just graduated from university.



The HR personnel brought him in again and this time directly to my desk. I asked him to sit down and started to show him the company system and all the applications that he supposes to know and use.

From the conversation, the questions he asked and the way he talked, I can see myself in him. A fresh and enthusiastic me couple years ago. Suddenly I realize I am getting old and I should regain the young heart.

纸风筝

风拉着我的手
乘坐叮当的时光机
拐弯抹角的来到一地的金黄绵沙
我开始卷袖筑起神秘的巴比伦

咦？
神奇的
挖起了若干年前埋下的纸风筝

那欣喜若狂
如相濡以沫的鱼儿得到涨潮的湮没
如迷途的羔羊远远听到了羊妈妈的呼唤
如海边望夫的妇女看到了丈夫在船上招手

久违的纸风筝
依旧闪烁着曾经遗忘的图案
映染了一面的平湖
惊醒了一林的倦鸟
翻腾了一身的懒筋

紧缠的线得以松开自我的束缚
牵着跃跃欲试的纸风筝
拥抱着劲风
展翅高飞

抱负

睡公主躺在抽屉里
得不到王子的一吻
无法醒来

戚戚的悲哀
夹着焦急的心跳
张大了口
呐喊出寂静
提起的脚
大步踏出无痕
煮沸的泪水
奔腾流下一脸的干燥
不可一世的生命
活出平庸

有来有往
声传车行
有远有近

赶路的车没有停下的意思
等待的车没有留下的意思

都想离开却不是同道
都曾来过却不是约定

Today I have learned a new word “Errand”. Thanks to Mighty Lok for telling me this. This word is very useful when we are stepping out and would like to come back to the conversation later.

今天学了一个新字，“Errand”。这是一个非常有用的字。当我们需要离开一下，不过将会回来继续交谈的时候，我们可以说“I will meet you later, I have got some errands to run first.”。谢谢家洛介绍了这么好用的生字给我。

Here is another prove that government do not have the intention to increase the size of the Economic Cake (or they don't know how to or no ability to do so) but to rob the hard earned portion of certain people and give it to another group of people. This kind of discrimination exists for ages. That's why our economy is getting worse. A lot of MNE (Multi Nation Enterprise) have move to other country in this region. Minority like us can't see the future at all. Sad!

你看，我们的政府又有搞作了。他们再一次把别人辛苦拼回来的经济蛋糕给瓜分到另一堆人那边去。为什么用“堆”这个字呢？大家想想通常我们将这个字用在什么东西上就知道了。哈哈！这种不公平的对待苦了我们这些弱势族群。哀！

从大长今到黄帝内经

让人印象深刻的《大长今》剧集在几年前推出后， 得到广大的好评。香港无线随之推出了几部电视剧都与《大长今》有关，而且都得到观众的追棒。唯一觉得遗憾的是大多数的观众与商家都只看到《大长今》里后宫惨烈的斗争而忽略了里边其他优秀的情节与含意。

《大长今》的一生则写了两个中国非常重要的瑰宝。一是中国独有的哲学思想；二是中国独一无二的中医学。后者更贯穿了整个故事，也触及了每个人都关心的两件事，即饮食与健康。剧里一而再，在而三的提到了张仲景所著的《伤寒论》， 并借助《伤寒论》里的精要而埋下了剧情的伏笔，从而把一波又一波的高潮冲击每一位观众的心，让人穷追不舍。

与此同时，大家想必都有在各大售卖戏剧的店铺柜台中看到另一套名叫《黄帝内经》的光碟集吧。这是一部大型的纪录片，讲的当然是关于《黄帝内经》这一部古籍。何谓《黄帝内经》呢？一本佛经？一本道经？或是古代皇帝的春宫秘密？错了！错了！《黄帝内经》是一部作于春秋时代空前的伟大古籍。她延伸了中国古代的哲学思想，创造了中国独有的医学理论，进而将中国古民的智慧升华为一种让世人取之不尽, 用之不懈的医学原理泉源。

《黄帝内经》的内容包括了说明人与天地的关系，以及人的饮食与养生。她在中医学里有着举足轻重的地位。即使是在大长今里多次出现的《伤寒论》，其实也是延伸自《黄帝内经》。如果大家还记得，长今小的时候就已经懂得在大风雨时用煮沸的水来洗碗碟。这是内经里所说的人与气候的关系。再者，长今与韩尚宫冒死为患有消渴症的中国史者准备清淡的食物，也符合了内经里医食同源的道理。如此的例子，在《大长今》里，比比皆是。更重要的是长今高尚的医德，在《黄帝内经》里是尤其注重的一环。

然而，这些震撼人心，并且与我们一生息息相关的含义，切让大家给忽略了。可惜啊！可惜！更堪的是，《黄帝内经》这一部伟大的著作，切不被广大的中华民族所认识与了解，而只在中医学界承传。哀哉！哀哉！

无论如何，亡羊而补牢，未为迟也。希望，《大长今》可以起个引导与启发的作用，唤起大家对养生的注重。同时也是时候让我们重新认识《黄帝内经》，学习中国圣贤们伟大的智慧，进而提高人类的生活素质, 达到人人健康, 国国兴盛。

The next day the man calls again and asks for the boss."I told you" the wife replies, "he died last week."
The next day he calls again and once more asks to Speak to his boss.
By this time the wife is getting upset and shouts, "I'VE ALREADY TOLD YOU TWICE, MY HUSBAND, YOUR BOSS, DIED LAST WEEK! WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING?"

We communicate with others everyday. We talk, we chat, we write, and we use all sort of ways to communicate with others. However, during the conversation, no matter what the communication method we use, we tend to be sensitive to what people think about us. A word or probably a body movement will cause us feel sad the whole day.

When others do not willing to help us, we feel that they look down on us.
When others raise their voice when talking to us, we feel that they do not respect us.
When others laugh at our weaknesses, we feel insulted.

There are many more cases happened daily.

Why do we feel that? Why our mood turn sore by that tiny little 'communication'?. What shall we do?

While reading the blogs inside, I got a strong feeling and the urge to write more in my blog.
